Bluboo Dual - Gyroscope not working properly [Solved]

Hello,

The gyroscope of the Bluboo Dual doesn't work properly.
When you move the phone up, the image scrolls down,
Same for the horizontal axis (you move right, and the display shows left).

This way, using VR (like Youtube VR or applications) can't be used at all.

Please fix this in a firmware update or similar, as we bought the phone thinking that VR would work with a working gyroscope.

try to flash 3.06 via OTA, the latest update already fix this issue.

i tried the new Firmware install, but not working.
i wrote to Service with the gyro Problem, and the reply email have the V3.06 link. that was RAR compressed, but the phone can just ZIP file install. i converted to ZIP, the update begin, but the phone restarted, the version stay V3.04.
the gyroscope NOT WORKING normal...

Got the file from the Bluboo service email. It's a RAR file...

What i did is unpack the RAR, and zip all the files into a update.zip file.

Then i copied to the root of the SD Card, and went to Settings / Wireless Update / Local Files, selected update.zip and it started to copy / install / reboot with the android icon / restart. But it still displays 3.04 instead 3.06 and gyroscope is not fixed.

Although if i reboot in service mode (menu + volume up), in Version it says February 2017... I'm confused.

At the end i managed to do it. Please use this information on your own risk.

1) Extract the .rar (provided by Bluboo service: ) file in any folder.
2) Install PDAnet to install the amd drivers (just install it and will do the trick)
3) Download SPFlash Tool 5.1628
4) Open SPFlash, Download-agent should be MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin included in the SP Flash Tool folder.
5) Scattered-loading file should be the MT6737T_Android_scatter.txt included in the Bluboo Dual .rar file.

Then it should detect MT6737T at the left, and you should see preloader, lk, boot, etc in the list. Ensure you have selected "Download only" just above the file list.

Power down the phone. Click in the Download icon in SPFlash. Turn on the phone with Power + Volume Up until you see that the bottom bar in SPFlash starts moving, and wait until it says Download OK with a green big icon.

Finally, turn on the phone normally with the power button.

To check that it went well, go to Settings/About, it should say 3.06 instead 3.04.

How to find this update on OTA, when i search for update it says that is up to date in the 3.04.

It's not via OTA yet, Bluboo has do upload it in their servers first.
