If one reads the following article
http://www.digitaltrends.com/mobile/and ... tion-news/ in relation to this topic one may have the impression that there are at least two sides to this matter.
The first side is obviously that of the present global Android distribution figures (March 2017) sourced from Google by Digital Trends. While Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) was scored 31.3%, Android 7.0 and 7.1 (Nougat) were scored 2.4% and 0.4% respectively. Therefore Bluboo Maya Max is in terms of its current firmware (Android 6.0) is not 'an ancient mammoth' but 'a maturing young elephant' figuratively speaking.
The second side is that of the Bluboo customers. A close examination of the comments of most customers from the old Bluboo forum and the Bluboo Facebook page shows that most if not all expect at least one major firmware update (from Android 6.0 to Android 7.0) in the life cycle of Bluboo Maya Max.
But there is still yet another very important side to this matter: that of Bluboo Mobile.
Can we expect an official response from them?!
