I think Bluboo support doesn't exist. They are trying to innovate but they forget the people that have bought Bluboo phones.
Bluboo support!!!, you don't need it but an advice.... a happy costumer, is a person the in the future will buy another phone from you.... one phone with a bug, with a problem, is normal, but when in forums a lot of people report the same bugs, this a peculiar deficiency on this phone, it's you responsibility to try resolve it, if you can't, say it! because if you don't, it seems that the clients aren't important for you.
On advertising you (Bluboo) promised android 6, coming soon!!!!! If you plan to upgrade do android 7, say it, if the device stay on android 5, say it!!!, let the costumer decide if they want to keep the phone or not.
